About Handmade by Nature
Over the past few years, the founders of Handmade by Nature have tried to find alternatives to mass-produced, industrially produced foods and products. The demands were on regionality, the highest quality, organic, handmade, sustainability, natural ingredients and plastic-free or low-plastic packaging.
But there were always limits, because there are many wonderful manufactories and products, but they had to be laboriously found. Then you have to order individually from each small manufactory. This is reflected in shipping costs and resources and also has a negative effect on CO2 balance sheet. For this reason, the decision was made to found Handmade by Nature.
Handmade by Nature stands for the appreciation of nature, its delicacies and the often still traditional craftsmanship. In the Handmade by Nature online shop sustainable products are offered, which are mainly handmade, regional and made with love for nature. The offer ranges from handmade works of art, jewelry, household goods, handmade fashion and upcycling fashion to natural cosmetics and lots of delicacies from all over Austria. Handmade by Nature thus combines a large number of manufacturers in just one shop.

NaKu products made from bioplastics – made from plant-based/renewable raw materials – ideally complement the Handmade by Nature range. From now on you will find our organic freezer bags, organic fresh storage bags, organic garbage bags and the NaKu PLA bottle in the Handmade by Nature online store.
The NaKu organic bags are made from natural, non-GMO and rapidly renewable raw materials (vegetable raw materials) from European agriculture. They are 100% compostable and free of pollutants and heavy metals and also decompose within a few weeks in the compost according to DIN EN 13432.
The NaKu organic bottle / PLA bottle is the ideal container for drinks - without any plastic! It contains no plasticizers such as bisphenol A, phthalates or antimony and is made from 100% natural plastic (PLA), or to put it another way: from plants and lactic acid.
