NaKu uses starch from corn from European agriculture for the production of the garment bag. Natural plastic feels pleasantly soft and velvety to the touch and is still tear-resistant.
Our natural plastic is the most environmentally friendly alternative for our climate. It causes only about half the CO2 emissions of conventional plastic. This is because the CO2 stored in our plastic was absorbed by plants through photosynthesis, and they release this CO2 again at the end of their life cycle. The raw material itself is therefore CO2 neutral . However, CO2 emissions are generated during production and transport , but these are also generated by conventional plastic.
For environmental protection and health, we do not add any harmful substances such as bisphenol A, antimony or phthalates.
