The NaKu PLA/rPLA bottle combines bio-based PLA from plant-based raw materials with a recycled content of 20% rPLA. It thus unites two important approaches to resource conservation: the use of renewable raw materials and the recycling of previously used bioplastics.
In line with the NaKu “Double Loop of Sustainability” concept, the natural carbon cycle of plant-based raw materials is supplemented by an additional recycling cycle. This allows resources to be used for longer and valuable raw materials to be kept in circulation.
The PLA/rPLA bottle is suitable for food, cosmetics, and cleaning products. Despite its light weight, the material is characterized by high hardness and rigidity, offering a resource-saving alternative to conventional bottles made of petroleum-based plastic.
