NaKu bags offer a lot of advantages for you as well as for our common environment.
Good for the environment. This renewable and compostable bio-bag can also be used in Austria for distribution to customers in retail stores. It is not subject to the Austrian plastic bag ban, as it can still be distributed as a lightweight, biodegradable carrier bag. You can find more information about the Austrian plastic bag ban here . - Not forbidden! Very thin and compostable plastic bags are exempt from the plastic bag ban. NaKu bags are made of natural plastic and are therefore still allowed.
- renewable! NaKu bags are made from natural and rapidly renewable raw materials. NaKu Sackerl therefore make a significant contribution to our common environment!
- Keeps fresh longer! Our bags can also be used to keep food fresh: they lose their flavor and spoil less quickly.
- Tearproof! Natural plastic feels pleasantly soft and velvety to the touch and is still tear-resistant.
- Climate friendly! By using renewable raw materials, our sack causes only about half as many CO2 emissions as conventional plastic and paper sacks.
- Inexpensive! Our bags are also significantly lighter than paper bags. As a result, we need significantly less raw materials in production - we pass this price advantage on to our customers.
- Compostable! Our bags are composted in industrial compost after about 3-5 days. In home compost, it takes anywhere from a few weeks to months, depending on the conditions.
- Free from harmful substances! For environmental protection and health, we do not add any harmful substances such as bisphenol A, antimony or phthalates.
- GMO free! Only non-GMO corn from European agriculture is used to produce the starch.
- Individually printable! Would you like a NaKu bag with your own logo? No problem. We can print your logo on the bags on request.
