The overview

Another very exciting research project in which NaKu is involved. This Smart Building research project at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences is about how the building technology in office buildings can be ecologically improved with regenerative alternative materials and how great this potential is.

The research team, consisting of employees from the Smart Building and Wood Technology & Timber Construction courses, is working on these questions together with NaKu in the research project BiBi-TGA - potential for ecological optimization of technical building equipment through the use of biogenic materials.

The research questions are to be answered through the combination of building technology, material science and manufacturer-related know-how and the detailed modeling and analysis of the technical building equipment in life cycle analyses.
