The NaKu bio-test tube/bio-sample tube made of PLA/bioplastic is the ideal environmentally friendly container for a wide variety of applications – completely free of petroleum-based plastic! It contains no plasticizers such as bisphenol A, phthalates, or antimony and is made of 100% natural plastic (PLA), or in other words: from plants and lactic acid.
The bio test tubes / bio sample tubes are very resistant due to the particularly thick material. The special wide neck shape makes filling easier. Due to the wide edge, the bio tubes can be optimally hung in the stand. The bio test tube can be sealed with the screw cap with tamper-evident ring.

Attention: The PLA test tubes are not dishwasher safe! The maximum operating temperature is 55°C.

The NaKu organic test tubes/organic tubes consist of 100% natural plastic (PLA)/bioplastic, or to put it another way: from plants and lactic acid. This protects the environment and is also very good for us humans, since no potentially harmful substances are released when they come into contact with food!
The closure is made of BioPE, and not PLA, like the tube itself. This means that the lid is made from renewable raw materials, but unfortunately it is not (yet) compostable.

What is special about the NaKu bio test tubes?

How robust and safe are the bio-test tubes?
Thanks to their strong material thickness, the tubes particularly resistant. They are also free of pollutants such as plasticizers (bisphenol A, phthalates) and antimony, making them ideal for safe sampling.
For what purposes are the bio test tubes best suited?
They are versatile, for example for collecting and transporting Food samples, rocks, spices, liquids, plant seeds or even insects. The wide neck makes it easier to fill.
How are the test tubes designed and how are they sealed?
The tubes have a wide edge, which allows for optimal hanging in stands. They are supplied with a Screw cap with tamper-evident ring which ensures the sealing and thus the integrity of the sample.
How do I dispose of the bio test tubes correctly?
The tube itself is biodegradableHowever, it's important to note that the cap is not currently biodegradable. The tubes are not dishwasher safe and should be used at a maximum temperature of 55°C.
